Jason Pearson brings over 30 years of extensive experience in the produce industry, showcasing a career built on dedication, leadership, and a deep passion for the field. He has had the privilege of working in various roles that span the entire supply chain, from management training to sales and procurement leadership.

Jason’s journey in produce began in 1990 with Albertsons, where he participated in a Management Training Program. In 1993, he became a Produce Manager for Macy Grocery in Utah, and by 1995, he transitioned to Eagle Eye Produce as a Warehouse Manager in Ogden, Utah. His expertise led him to Seattle in 2006, where he served as a Buyer for Charlie’s Produce. Jason returned to Eagle Eye Produce in 2017 as Director of Onion Sales, showcasing his expertise in specialty crop markets. In 2024, he joined JC Watson Packing Company. as the Procurement and Sales Manager, bringing his wealth of knowledge and industry insights to this leadership role.
